All tracks are excerpts of improvised jams recorded between 2019-2020, except Where the Butterflies Go which was edited, overdubbed and originally released on Personal Records' wonderful 2021 compilation Personal Moments vol. 2 (personalrecords.bandcamp.com/album/personal-moments-vol-2). Monstone was recorded live on October 17, 2019 on Chaud Pour le Monstone on CKUT 90.3 FM.
